Integrated Performance Pathway
For runners who want the full system.
Track session + strength development combined into one structured weekly pathway.
Ideal for athletes targeting:
• race performance
• significant PB improvements
• long-term development
Delivered through a progressive 6–8 week block designed to integrate strength work into running and endurance training.
Location: Alexander Stadium, Birmingham
Time: Wednesday @ 7:00pm
Group Size: Limited (approx. 8–16 runners)
Session Length: 60 minutes
Weekly coached run-specific strength session within a progressive block
Full block structure provided via TrainingPeaks to integrate with your running.
Additional TrainingPeaks durability session to support tissue capacity and mobility within the plan
Sessions are coached within a shared performance environment,
allowing individual scaling with structured group progression.
