Beyond two core hubs, coaching extends across a wider range of performance environments selected to suit the athlete, the goal and the demands of the session.
This may include open water, pool-based work, athletics tracks, outdoor environments and sport-specific settings across Birmingham, with support also delivered in your own training environment where useful.
In some cases, in-person coaching extends further through events, camps, competitions and performance-led adventures across the UK and beyond.
