RUN LAB

HOSTED WEDNESDAYS AT ALEXANDER STADIUM

TRACK SESSION 6PM-7PM
RUNNERS STRENGTH 7PM-8PM

EXPERT COACHING.
INTELLIGENT STRUCTURE.
WORLD-CLASS SETTING.

The Whole Way Run Lab combines track-based coaching and run-specific strength development to build faster, more resilient runners.

A coached performance environment for athletes preparing for everything from Parkrun PBs to podium performance.

This is not another run club.
It’s structured performance development.

Most runners just add more work

instead of solving their real limiters.

Run hard.
stay whole.

Run-Specific Strength & Power
Built to translate directly into race-day speed.

Track-Based Speed & Endurance Development
Sharpen mechanics, pacing and race-specific speed.

Structural Durability & Injury Resilience

Support higher mileage without breaking down.

Targeted Mobility & Movement Quality
Develop a more efficient, confident stride.

Integrated Strength & Endurance System
Strength, conditioning and running working together

    • scaled individual progression
    • running + strength integration
    • coaching across both environments
    • strongest option for long-term development

DESIGNED FOR RUNNERS WHO want breakthrough performance without breaking down

This environment works especially well for athletes who are already training, but know another layer is needed.

Ideal if you are:

• running consistently but progress has stalled

• doing mileage without enough technical development

• picking up niggles because strength is inconsistent

• a HYROX athlete whose running is limiting performance

• wanting better speed without endlessly adding volume

• looking for coaching, not just another group session

run lab solves

ENDLESS VOLUME.
LITTLE CHANGE.

More mileage does not automatically create better running. Without technical work, strength development and the right training stimulus, athletes often accumulate fatigue faster than progress..

CONSISTENT TRAINING. RECURRING NIGGLES.

When strength, tissue capacity and movement quality are neglected, the same weak links often return under load. Better structure helps training hold together for longer.

STRONG FITNESS.
POOR MECHANICS.

Many runners are fit enough to go faster but lose efficiency through poor movement, pacing errors or weak force transfer. Small technical improvements often unlock speed immediately.

HARD WORK.
NO CLEAR STRUCTURE.

Good effort still needs direction. When sessions lack progression or purpose, athletes often work hard without solving the factor most limiting performance.
