This session focuses on the foundations that often make the biggest difference in swimming. For many athletes, speed is not limited by fitness alone. It is limited by how effectively you move through the water and maintain your breath.

Time: Monday @ 6:15pm
Group Size: Limited (approx. 4-8 Swimmers)
Session Length: 60 minutes
Progressive 6-Week Blocks
Each phase builds deliberately through technical priorities, breathing control and progressive swim sets.
Technique Before Volume
Better movement and breathing are developed before simply adding more distance.
Integrated With Your Training
Designed to sharpen swim quality without adding unnecessary fatigue to wider training demands.

Small numbers allow close technical feedback, individual adjustment and deliberate progression.
