THURSDAYS 7:30PM , STARTING 9TH APRIL
HOSTED AT ACHIEVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS MOSELEY
RUN FASTER
IMPROVE MECHANICS
HANDLE MORE MILEAGE
WITHOUT BREAKING DOWN
Most runners just add more work
instead of solving their real limiters.
Run hard.
stay whole.
Run-Specific Strength Development
Force that transfers directly into speed and running economy.
Targeted Mobility & Movement Quality
Improve positions that support efficient mechanics and movement.
Structural Durability & Injury Resilience
Develop tissue capacity to tolerate mileage and repeat training well.
Lower Limb Power & Stability
Strengthen the key systems that support propulsion.

DESIGNED FOR RUNNERS WHO want breakthrough performance
without breaking down
This environment works especially well for athletes who are already training, but know another layer is needed.
Ideal for :
Parkrunners chasing that next PB
Marathon runners needing more durability beneath the mileage
Ultra runners building strength to stay strong enough to go the distance
Trail runners wanting more power on climbs and control for descents
Triathletes needing stronger support around run performance
Regular runners ready for proper structure beyond generic gym work
strength training solves
ENDLESS VOLUME.
LITTLE CHANGE.
More mileage does not automatically create better running. Without technical work, strength development and the right training stimulus, athletes often accumulate fatigue faster than progress.
CONSISTENT TRAINING. RECURRING NIGGLES.
When strength, tissue capacity and movement quality are neglected, the same weak links often return under load. Better structure helps training hold together for longer.
STRONG FITNESS.
POOR MECHANICS.
Many runners are fit enough to go faster but lose efficiency through poor movement, pacing errors or weak force transfer. Small technical improvements often unlock speed immediately.
HARD WORK.
NO CLEAR STRUCTURE.
Good effort still needs direction. When sessions lack progression or purpose, athletes often work hard without solving the factor most limiting performance.
